The Goldengun repo has added under SERVICES a addon called "block tv addons" as the name suggests its supposed to block the TVAddons crapware Indigo. Unfortunately it does not work as I tested it running Kodi in a sand box. Also the Goldengun repo has the TVAddons repo and Indgo in it.
